They enable our systems to identify your browser and to offer you services such as PayPal etc., and to store the contents of your shopping basket between visits to our website.
  • The Help function in the menu list of most web browsers tells you how you can stop your browser from accepting new cookies, how to set your browser to alert you when you receive a new cookie, and how you can switch off cookies altogether. You can disable or delete similar functions such as flash cookies, which are used by browser add-ons, by changing the settings of the browser add-on or via the website of the browser add-on manufacturer.
